Fishing in the cold mid-winter

FISHING IN DECEMBER, JANUARY AND FEBRUARY

Many people give up totally come December. This seems totally insane to me. Winter can be a very plentiful time, IF you plan it right, with ample numbers of flounders about which are both easy amd fun to catch, and often the weather in winter can be better than summer. When you get a lovely still, frosty morning, there is nothing better than to head off in search of the flounder. there are also cod left, as well as whiting and Dab, as well as the odd shock bass, but, with all of these species, they tend to be bigger in winter. If you are hardy enough to venture forth, click below for some advice.
